Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 555win. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 555win ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account at 555win. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

Account Verification

Documents must be current, legible, and clearly show the name matching your 555win account. Accounts that cannot be verified may have their withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your 555win login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 555win will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, phone call, or live chat.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. 555win reserves the right to charge a dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 per month against dormant account balances. Prior to applying this fee, 555win will attempt to contact the account holder via the registered phone number or email address to prompt re-engagement.

Betting Rules

All bets placed at 555win are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or event category. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the platform:

• Bets are void and stakes returned if an event is cancelled before the minimum time required for an official result, unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific rules.
• Bets placed after an event has started (in-play bets) are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may be suspended at any time during an event at 555win's discretion.
• In the event of a technical error, power outage, or connectivity issue, 555win reserves the right to void any bets placed during the affected period if the integrity of the odds cannot be confirmed.
• Accumulator bets where one or more selections are void will have that selection removed, and the accumulator will stand with the remaining selections at adjusted odds.

• 555win reserves the right to limit the stake size of any bet for any account at any time. Stake restrictions do not require justification to be provided to the user.

Palpable errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a human or system error — may be voided by 555win after the fact. This includes situations where odds significantly deviate from the market standard without a reasonable underlying reason. 555win will notify affected users and return stakes promptly in these cases.

Casino Games

Casino games at 555win — including roulette, slots, and live dealer games — use independently certified random number generation (RNG) or live physical equipment. The RTP (return to player) percentages for each game are available on the respective game information pages. Published RTPs are long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

Free play (demo) mode is available for most RNG casino games and does not require a deposit. Winnings accumulated in demo mode cannot be converted to real-money withdrawable funds. Only real-money play qualifies for bonus offers and cashback promotions at 555win.

• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of crediting unless a different validity period is published on the promotion page. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

555win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: the user has violated these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected; the account cannot be verified; or continued operation of the account would expose 555win or other users to legal, financial, or reputational risk. Where closure is due to a breach of these Terms, 555win may retain any balance in the account as compensation for damages.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability
